rust or warranty

Hello all, Just given my E320 a good clean after all the recent muck/grit flying around and it looks lovely and shiny again. Except for one thing: I have spotted a rust bubble developing on the tailgate right in the top left-hand corner of the chrome handle/number plate lamp plinth. Not happy...
