stutter

Guys just recently I have pulled out of a junction near my house and given it some welly so as not to make the car behind have to slow down and at around 3000rpm it had a severe stutter (like a learner at traffic lights lol) I could repeat it by flooring it again, slight acceleration is fine...

Any tips welcome ! Recently the engine is stuttering violently after starting in the morning for about a minute until the engine gets warm. After that it's fine for the remainder of the day until the next morning. Today it even stalled once /-: What could it be and what should I do ?

Guys sometimes I get a stutter under medium/heavy load between 3k and 4k rpm. It feels like a lumpy rev limiter/kangaroo feeling and then clears after 5 secs. Am I to thing this is the EGR causing the issue? Any wisdom or past experience/insight would be appreciated. thanks Paul
