As the title suggests I am wanting to replace the (standard - not self levelling) rear shocks on my C140 and I have a choice.
I can get Bilstein (listed as OEM by the supplier) for £95 ish per side or go to Merc and pay £125 plus vat per side.
I have checked WIS and unlike rear springs...
I regularly get 31.5 mpg (+- 0.5) from my c180 yr 2000 is S mode.
Did a test on last tank full using W mode instead... 28 mpg :doh:
