2001 Sprinter demister / heater very slow and very little heat

Hello Hive

Has anyone had a similar issue I've got with my 2001 311 cdi Heater/Demister?

When on full setting and on hot the blower can barely be heard or felt and very little heat comes out.

Anyone got any idea of where to look to start. I don't have any diagnostic equipment apart from a multimeter.

All any thoughts welcome.

Have you checked/changed the cabin filter?
Worth just removing it to test.
