2002 sprinter 308 limp mode

Hi please can someone help was driving my 2002 sprinter 308 absolutely fine I pulled in to garage filled up with fuel and less than a mile down road went in to limp mode and won't go over 20mph and has a white with a blue tinge smoke not bad but visible worst when cold can anyone point me in right direction I have no scan tool and not yet found anybody with the 14 pin one thanks

No I checked my vat receipt afterwards definitely diesel thanks

your receipt might say diesel but was it defineatley diesel that went in,you need to start logically i would go back to the garage and ask if anybody else has experienced any issues from the same pump i have known a tanker driver mix up and put the wrong fuel in. then maybe drain the tank to see what is in your tank it might be contaminated fuel the highly likliehood is it must be fuel related as van was fine before fill up and now not fine after filling up.
