Hi All,
Not a Merc but wanted to gauge interest for my BMW M3
An extremely rare opportunity to acquire a low mileage and one previous owner example in Carbon Black with grey leather interior. Being a 2005 model, this is the facelift version with rear LED lights along with a few other enhancements. More importantly and the deciding factor when I purchased the car is the fact it is completely rust free. The underbody and subframe has been inspected by BMS Surrey who are a renowned BMW specialist. They were amazed to find zero signs of any rust anywhere on the car. The car was part of a holiday car collection in Portugal for a few years and used sparingly by its owner which is the primary reason for no rust anywhere on the car. BMS also carried out a general inspection including the Vanos with no issues found.
It was maintained by both main dealer and specialists whilst in Portugal which is reflected in the service book. The all important running in service was also completed as per manufacture schedule. Mileage is currently 71k miles supported by full service history. The car has benefitted from a number of replacement suspension parts resulting in a tight drive with no knocks or clunks. I used Wheels in Motion (WIM) to do a full wheel alignment who again praised the mechanics and underbody of the car and confirmed suspension parts have been recently replaced. In my ownership, the car has further benefitted with numerous works all carried out by BMS Surrey including:
OS Front Wheel speed sensor
Both ABS Pressure sensors
Viscous coupling fan
Thermostat
Main electric radiator fan
New battery
Rear diff oil replacement
All four rear parking sensors replaced (original parts)
Anti roll bar link
Absolutely no expense spared with invoices available for all above works. MOT until June 2019.
Correct Michelin Pilot Sport tyres all round wrapped around recently refurbished 19inch diamond cut alloys.
The car is stunning in every aspect and a absolute joy to drive. There are no modifications or after market parts used so a completely standard example as it left the factory.
With prices continually increasing this was intended as a long term investment however an unexpected house move forces a very reluctant sale.
Hardtop with stand also included in the sale.
I am based in Kingston Upon Thames and would welcome any inspection. Due to work, viewings can be arranged in the evening or weekends.
I am looking for £15k but open to sensible offers and needless to say would prefer this to end up with an enthusiast to enjoy.
I will aim to upload decent pictures in the coming days but this is all I have for now. Please excuse the tyre shine which didn’t completely dry off when I took pics!
