Price £8500 - open to offers For sale is my CLS55 AMG. First registered April 2006, so one of the last UK cars, it's done pretty much exactly 73,000 miles (still being used so may change a little) with 4 previous owners, and is MOT'd until October 2022. It's also ULEZ-compliant. Car is totally standard save for professionally-installed aftermarket parking sensors front and rear. Comes complete with two keys, original unused first aid kit, jack, warning triangle, compressor and tyre gel, and two locking wheel nut keys. V5 in my name at my address of course. Key specs are as follows (in addition to the usual CLS55 spec): - Bright silver clearcoat with black leather and burred walnut trim - Multicontour front seats - Heated and ventilated front seats - Heated rear seats - Genuine MB Bluetooth module (so will connect to modern smartphones for calls) I've owned the car since April 2018 (covering around 20,000 miles) - not sure where that time has gone! During my ownership it's had the following work done, in addition to regular maintenance/servicing – apologies, I may have missed some out: - New battery (genuine Mercedes) - Both front window regulators replaced (common issue of course) - Rear bumper professionally resprayed (had a scuff on one corner when I bought it) - Rear discs and pads - Tyres all round (matching Goodyear Eagle F1s) - all still have good tread left - Replaced trim around boot (rubber had perished in places) - Replacement pump for multicontour seats (not working when I bought it) - now work as they should - New windscreen due to a chip right in the driver's eyeline - fitted 28 May 2022 so very recent - New v-belt and replacement pulley for v-belt - pulley went and the belt then rubbed a hole in a coolant hose, so hose sorted as well. - Gearbox oil and filter change - Major service including plugs (all 16 of them) - New fuel cap! All work done by specialists and trusted garages local to me (Wright-Tech and others). Overall the car is in nice condition and cleans up well as you can see from the photos, with a few minor marks reflecting the fact that it's 16+ years old. The worst are some areas of lacquer peel on the passenger side (both passenger doors) that I've tried to show on the photos. More photos available on request. I bought the car on the basis that it was (and still is) in excellent mechanical shape (it was previously maintained via the "no expense spared" Mercedes service plan, so it wanted for nothing). Last service was a 68,811 miles in October last year, so hardly any miles done since. I've loved owning this CLS for the past 4 years and found it to be a great blend of looks, practicality (it's been our family car) reliability and performance. Only selling as I fancy a 4wd estate. Car is located in Petts Wood (BR5) and I'm near the station, as well as c.15 minutes from the M25. I'm asking £8,500 for the car, which I think is fair given the condition, maintenance and mileage, and the price compares very well with others on the market, but open to sensible offers too.
