2012 C207 Discrete Dashcam Options

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone recommend a discrete front facing dashcam that can be hard wired to the car 12v and constantly records?

I am happy to have one without a screen and have to use smartphone, but want one that has good quality. Looking at reviews online but wondered if anyone here has experience wiring these to a merc like my C207?

Hi , I have the same car as yours and have installed a next base camera as you suggest.If you purchase a camera that you can attach a rear camera be careful when lining up the camera so you can obtain a good quality rear image.

Note , if you use the 12 volt socket remember that the circuit times out so camera will not work when car is parked.

You can't do wrong with the Viofo A219 duo and the later higher res versions. It's pretty small unlike some others
