2013 SL63 AMG passenger Parking light fail

Hi

Have owned by 2013 R231 SL63 AMG for 8 almost perfect years. In heavy rain I just got a warning light pop up - Parking light fail. This is the Intelligent Light System and
it is the large Eyebrow LED that runs across the top of the headlight. The rest of the light is working perfectly. I read one link that suggested there could be water ingress in the light
module at the bottom of the light fitting - accessable through the wheel arch liner ? I am based in London and Liverpool - any advice would be greatly appreciated..... Thanks Dave

If you have full MBSH, they may offer goodwill for a new headlight. Circa £1500 each
