2019 QEC Instrument cluster

My instrument cluster will not allow me to change or highlight the left dial where it previously had. I have only had the car a few weeks and have been fiddling with the settings and this feels like a setting somewhere. Mercedes don't have a clue as the car is too new and they have not been able to get on their training courses.

yes of course, I was working on the Queen Elizabeth Class (QEC) Carrier and keep making that same mistake sorry.

Unfortunately not, it tells how to use them but thats it.

If it had an off-switch I'd suggest rebooting it, but I imagine that’s only something that can be done with the right tools and knowledge.

The Instrument cluster has three areas the left dial the centre and the right dial. I cant change the left dial at all.

I have just had the software upgraded when the car went in for some other checks. I guess that until the garage have has their training I am stuck. Its not the end of the world I was hoping that someone would have come across this and might be able to help.

Hi the training will only.cover the h.v side of stuff tbh not the interior displays as all standard equipment if you scroll to the right side can you then scroll back to the left centre dial to rule.out the left button not working?
