A 200D Engine replacement 651930

morning all , i Need to replace the engine in my A class 200d 2016 with engine code 651930 , part number A6510105618 , does anyone know if the part number A6510105718 is compatable fitted to other a200d s , is the 5718 an automatic and the 5618 a manual i wonder , if so can the manual flywheel replace the auto version .
