I replaced the ABC pump a reconditioned one( from the Netherlands( I am UK based it was purchased April 2022 ,since then I have only done 1500 miles the car decided to sit down on all 4 corners took it to the shop on a recovery truck they put on machine was saying pressure to low Component Radial piston pump Defective ) spoke to the company in the Netherlands they offered me a 100 euro discount on another pump (NO warranty ) even thought only done 1500 miles with full evidence they said sorry about this, anyway I started the car at the garage pressed the ABC switch it rose on all sides to the max height now it will not go down it is still at full height there are no leaks.any thought on this have any one else had this issue,I am just hoping not the pump.

Who changed the pump? Did they change the fluid also?

Is there an error message on the dash and if there is, what colour is it?

Yes changed all the fluid was ok for 1500 miles, it was put on the star it went down on all 4 corners ,thought it was a failed pump again, just out of curiosity a few days later i jumped in and pushed the switch on the dash it rose on all 4 corners and now will not come down (stays up) no leaks anywhere.

Hope it is something simple been off the road more than been on over the last 2 years,Seriously thinking going yellow speed coilovers

Up in at the high level 2 lights on the switch but RED warning on dash ,but the car is high all corners

Red ABC warning signifies a loss in pressure so either there is a leak or the pump is dead. It will be locked up in the high setting to try and keep the components safe.

A white/blue warning signifies a sensor issue

The pump was replaced 1500 miles ago from ABC Specialist Netherlands (refurbished ) less than 12 months ago they have offered me a 100 euro reduction on another one I was shocked when I asked about warranty (no warranty to long ado he said ) he did say it could be the pressure sensor ??? any thoughts,

This is what he said in an email

Sounds more like an electronics issue.
If the pump would really fail, and put out 8 bars instead of 180 bars (normal) the car would not rise at all.
Maybe the pressure sensor? But generally it reads 0 or 255 when defect.

I'd agree. Check the wiring/pressure sensor first. I have had a few that have been corroded. Trigger a fault code for 255 bar all the time. The opposite could theoretically be true. Or the suction valve is sticking in one of two positions.

You must prime the ABC pump by pressurising the tank and turning the pump by hand at first install. If this is not done it can cause internal damage, but not to the suction valve.
