C250 CDI BLUEFFICIENCEY SPORT
I have a 2009 C250 2.1ltr CDI BLUEFFICIENCEY SPORT
and have been looking on you tube for a video on how to remove air box to get to the dpf pressure sensor but can't find one has anyone seen a video thanks

Hi,
1. remove the air intake pipe to the filter box.
2. Remove all the wiring to the ECU and the contector on top.
3. Remove the clips holding the cable on the side of the airbox.
4. Disconect the turbo air pipe form the front of the airbox.
5. Now you can remove the airbox with the ecu as a hole assembley. There are 4 bolts. I think they are torx size 10.

And then you can easily see the sensor.

Thank you if I remove ecu with I need to do anything or just plug back in and engine start thank you for info you just made the job easier for me all info helps cheers

Please disconnect the negative terminal before working. Do you have any scan tool as you will need to erase the fault code stored in memory from the old DPF pressure sensor.

I have attached for you the documents how to remove the air filter box and the DPF sensor.

Can you tell me what wore the symptoms of that bad dpf sensor?

I think i have a similar issue and the code it's not showing on the diagnostic tool.

Limp mode won't rev above 3000rpm but can still go to 70mph and above turn egnistion of turn back on some time clears but will come back limp mode eml dose not all ways come one when in limp mode
