Any good ways to clean the dead insects out of the front aircap? I pull up at traffic lights and it's like a massacre on my windscreen when they all fall out. Tried my can of air which got some but not all. Can't use jet wash due to hosepipe ban and not sure I want to as most would probably end up in the car and do not want to damage the net.

when you clean your car or are parked up at home, drop the top, pop aircap on and get a soft brush on the go.

I use a brush then have an electric air blower to get rid of them, but point it away from the interior so the bugs go onto the windscreen where they can be swept off easily.

i couldn't understand what was happening when we stopped with the air cap up for the first time, it started 'raining' insects down the windscreen! then it dawned on me where they'd come from :D

it's a gizmo that really works though. wouldn't have been able to do 70'ish (ahem) with the roof down in the CLK without getting your head nearly blown off. now, it's just a light breeze!

must remember to give it a clean sometime soon, dread to think what's lurking in there at the minute...
