E350 Blue Tec 2015 aircon in the car is blowing warm/hot on the passenger side, and coold/cool on the drivers side, any ideas what could be the cause ?

Usually when you start running low on refrigerant, it will manifest by running low on one side on a system with dual zone climate control (no idea why). Check the pressures which might be possible through the digital readout.

Adjust the temp. dial on the passenger side.

Press the button "mono" on the aircon controls so both sides controlled by drivers side and are blowing the same.
