I can anyone please tell me if the the two extra satellite buttons on the E53 coupe / cabriolet from 2021 facelift cars is an option on its own or part of a package or maybe even a later standard spec on late 21 cars compared to early 21 facelift cars?

Greetings from Croatia, some cracking roads with little traffic.
We travelled down via Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria & Slovenia.
