More and more of these appearing now but I can't figure this one out.

It was for sale ages ago with the same trader, a lot of people liked it because it had the blue duo-tone. But the sharper eyed amongst us (not me) had spotted the rust on the bootlid etc.

Now look at it. Back for sale, lowered, big alloys, looks good to my eye but
much more money:

I saw this one earlier today, I am not convinced by the 18" alloys, I prefer the standard 17"s, although I would say that wouldn't I?

That is also a very optimistic price given that it doesn't have COMAND and probably lacks a few other desirable options too (xenons, sunroof etc).

I'm sure he had dropped it to £7495 previously Peter.

I'm not an aftermarket alloy man either but i'm loving these...

Glad it was worth all the hours on the net!

My time will come soon hopefully, will need to advertise my CLK soon but too busy at the moment.

Keep an eye out for obsidian/tansanite or mystic with black nappa and parktronic:)

One on ebay today but i think its probably scruffy.

Thats the one, shame as you don't see many in obsidian.

This one is missing the Comand, retracting mirrors and the Parktronic. Has Xenon's though (lack of headlight leveling switch gives it away)

One sold at auction today with comand and 106k but only one service stamp for 6k.

No rust (to be seen) though....

I've been looking for one and there are one on two nice ones for sale at the moment, but the sellers seem to be oblivious to the current market values. This one for example.

Thats nothing Meehal, look at this one:

Don;t the sellers look at the other ads? especially the ones 5 grand cheaper than their own?

i went and had a go in one of these in the summer of 2007 and hated it

all plasticy and had the build quality of a lego toy

not sure if it was just a badly looked after one or they are all like that but shame as the engine was superb

Are you sure? Mine feels like a build out of granite.

Sure it wasn't a w209 GFP?

Build is normally solid on the W208, might have been a lemon
