  • Offside Front Lower Suspension arm pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement front (5.3.4 (a) (i))
  • Nearside Front Lower Suspension arm pin or bush worn but not resulting in excessive movement front (5.3.4 (a) (i))

MOT advisory. What is the name of the part to charge? I also hear a slight noise when driving on uneven roads.

Thanks

You do not need to replace them though? It was a recorded finding, not a failure.

Yes but the car's making a slight noise on uneven roads
That might not be the cause. I would get the suspension checked as it might be the drop links causing the noise.

What model and age of car is it?
👍

That is what I was going to say.
On my W203 C240 the links made annoying rattles on bumpy roads which was a quick and easy fix.
I currently have very worn control arm bushes which make no noise at all, but can be rough over pot holes.

To answer the original question, the MOT tester means the suspension control arms ( also called wishbones )

Front ones are usually known as castor arms and the rear of the front is called camber arms 😉

Mot man should of found drop links as a fail , if they are the cause of the knocking. Obviously it's the control arms . !!

Although Mercedes do not use Wishbones as6duvj. They make up the suspension from multilink components 👍

Mercedes use the name "Torque struts" as well as Lower control arms being used by other suppliers 👍

Top arm on all w211 and w219 is a wishbone.

W204 arms . For reference only.
