It is naughty, it's against ebay rules. It's called Fee Avoidance. If you ever need to return something your stuffed as they won't be obliged to refund postage.

If I wanted more than one purchase I'd buy twice rather than once with £3.99 p+p for an additional item - or have I missed something

Seems a little strange that he has a buy it now price of 19.99 for something that should cost much more with postage of 45. He is also selling 2 DVDs with £8 shipping . . . what are they solid gold?

2 negative in the last month out of 40 and 5 in the last six months.

yes but £40 postage for a pair of shocks and its not even firstclass? i dont think so..
and he does not seem to replay to his emails either.. especialy when asked about postage costs.
