mine does not have it, from what i have been told becuase i have command and NGT5.2 i cannot have it installed, i would have to pay out for a new screen at £500, i just dont need it that bad.
there is a company on facebook MBCoders Ltd, they do upgrades

Have you searched YouTube , loads of videos covering ACP for the NTG 5.0 and upwards.

Most retain the stock screen.

The C-Class W205 had COMAND NTG5*2 until the 2019 facelift, when it got NTG5.5.

NTG5*2 does not have native support for Apple CarPlay, and therefore it can't be retrofitted. You can, however, install third-party hardware (not MB) that will add Apple CarPlay e.g.: Integrated Automotive UK . Alternatively, you can replace the COMAND screen with a 10.25" unit that has an Android infotainment unit built-in, e.g. Erisin Car DVD Player, Car GPS Navigation, Autoradio, Car Stereo, Car Multimedia System, Car Radio .

NTG5.5 (2019 facelift onwards) does have native support for Apple CarPlay, and a genuine retrofit is possible, these people do that Unique Car Sound & Security – Car Electronics Specialists and Mercedes Retrofit Specialists - Braybrooks .

Drop a mail to Erisin, they are pretty helpful. They advised me NOT to buy one of their units as it was unlikely to fit - you don’t get that kind of honesty everywhere.

There are two ways to do this. The right way, as per factory if your car supports it or a non factory way.

There are only a couple of specialists who do this the proper factory way. Comand Online are one of them.

Beware of anyone who doesnt use factory Xentry ;-)

I had the same with my 2019 E220 (I think it's a MY18 though). My car had audio 20 and the larger screens. I used MB Tech in Warrington who got Mercedes in Germany to add the codes to my car build sheet (it shows up now if I do use a VIN decoder). They then had to update the car which took about an hour and ACP and AA work great. Cost me £180.
