My CLC has an aux input in the glove box which I plug my phone into. Works fine but the volume is very quiet compared to the radio or CD. Volume is up full on my phone.

Has anyone else experienced lower volume when using it?

Or will a better quality cable help?

Has anyone used an aux bluetooth adapter?

The volume IS very low. Also causes it to blast out when you switch the source.
Bluetooth adaptor is the way to go imho as this gives a louder input.

Cheers. It's also in the most awkward place possible.

You know any decent bluetooth adaptors?

I have the same issue too.

I looked into it and it seems that Apple have a volume cap (aimed at headphones) which is meant to stop users deafening themselves and then taking Apple to court.

I don't suppose you can blame them in this litigious world.

I have tried using the Bluetooth to stream music on my MB2 Viseeo and the quality is not the best - it could be better on a more modern system

Thank you Gary, I will look into these
