Depends on the application, best grease to get is probably nyogel

Ideally want a spray grease

Spray silicone grease is such a useful thing to have both for it's lubricating properties and it's compatibility with rubber. I seem to use it for all manner of things. It has good penetrating properties when applied and then when the carrier solvent evaporates, real grease is left behind. It's very similar to motorcycle chain lubricant in that respect. I'm afraid I don't have a brand name because I bought it in a plain aerosol can at a classic car event but when it's all used up I'm going to have to find something similar.

White spray grease

As above, you'll get a can of the above from Comma good enough for what you have in mind.
There are better - but aimed at industry, MOQ applies.
