Hi, I snow foamed my car (SLK R172) a couple of weeks ago, then stupidly , power washed it off.
I usually use a hose spray.
The next day the car stunk of damp drains. I couldn't find the leak, and sprayed Fabreeze all over the carpets etc.
Whilst the smell has almost gone from the cabin,it's still very strong in the boot.
Any ideas guys?
I checked yesterday, and the cabin filter is dry and not smelly.
Ran water through all of the drains, and they are draining ok

Have a look at the boot vents.

Boot drains are all clear and flowing?
When you say vents, do you mean air vents? Where are they?
Cheers.
