I have a 59 CLC. Half the bulbs have gone on the boot brake light strip. Do you have to buy the entire strip? Is it expensive? Can you buy individual bulbs? Is it easy to change? Thanks.

Generally speaking the high level brake lights are surface mount LEDs rather than traditional bulbs so unless you are handy with a soldering iron, it's a complete replacement unit unfortunately.

Look on eBay for someone breaking the same car , ask them to test the item before you buy it so you don't end up with a dud .

Will be cheaper than a new unit from the dealer .

I know that cosmetically it does not look great.....but its still legal and an MOT pass until MORE than half the LED lights have failed.
