Breaking light Flashing

I recently encountered an issue while driving my 2017 Mercedes V-Class, where the orange brake light illuminated and the red brake light began to flash. Has anyone experienced this before? If so, could you provide insights on what might be causing this issue and how to resolve it? Thank you for any assistance!

They are parking brake warning lights by the looks of things

Do any go off once the engine is running ?? Imagine the red one will remain, is it electric handbrake ?

Both still showing while the engine is on and while i drive.

Fault with the parking brake I'd say .

What happens when you go into the line that says ".....workshop" in the cluster? You can see it in the photo.
