Just removed and fitted a starter to my 2006 C Class 220
what a horrid job. It don’t make it easier that I am on my back in my drive.
been a mechanic for 50 years and this comes close to the worst.
after all that the replacement had different amount of teeth so had to refit my old one but the bendix looked quiet rusty so maybe it will work every time now.
