I have recently changed from an E Class ( 2004) to a c class E200(2015) I fine the drivers seat torture It has given me a painful right leg, I have tried to change the seat position but to no avail. is there a decent replacement seat or do I have to get rid and try to find another E Class

I hope this does not come across as being flippant bigtex, but may I suggest a visit to the doctor, it seems really odd that you should be suffering such discomfort just by using a different car seat,

In saying that, by the time any medical condition (or none) is positively identified, you may be as well save time and buy a new seat or car.

Be interesting to know the outcome and how you resolve this.

Good luck in finding a cure.

Hi John I have been to the doctors and I am attending hospital ( physiotherapy) who said as I suspected that the seat may be the issue causing sciatica. never had a problem in my old E class but this car I can only drive for 15 minutes before the pain set in.

Such things do happen, I hope you get it sorted out soon, I had sciatica once and damned glad it went away.

Hope you have quick resolution or better still a full diagnosis and subsequent full recovery.

John
