Apologies if this a frequently asked question. I have searched the forum before posting this. I have a Mercedes C200 CDI 2011 Diesel 2.2, It seems like it goes into limp mode once the engine is fully warmed up. I check for any stored codes there is none, however there is a pending error code of P0741. This seems to be intermittent if I shut down the engine for about 10 minutes the limp mode seems to dissappear again until it happens again. I was wondering whether anyone can guide me in the right direction and just replacing the sensor should resolve this?
I did try taking it down the motorway not long ago for work and pushing it to try and clean it but that hasn't resolved it unfortunately.
