Assuming it's the newer post-2003 1.8L M271 engine... then remapping won't achieve much.
You can replace the pulley with a bigger one to increase the supercharger pressure, but this will be expensive, not add much power, and will reduce reliability.
(The higher-output M271 / 230K has larger supercharger and lower compression ratio).
In short, if you need more power... the advice is to trade up.
