I've got a 2009 E350 CDI coupe that I bought a couple of years ago and the gearbox has never seemed 100%, but lately has been getting worse.
The main symptom is pulling away the gearbox doesn't always change up when it should, but instead holds the gear past 4k and feels like it's almost slipping, and then it changes with a jolt.
I've had the fluid and filter changed a while ago but it make no difference.
Anyone had similar issues, and any suggestion on how to fix it, or recommendations on where to take it to get looked not too far from OX16 postcode?
I've come across this 7G-Tronic transmission - TCM conductor plate failure. So was wondering if that could be the issue?
