Hi, the 22 miles refers to what the indicated range is when 100% charged. I have tested this out running without any aircon, lights etc and it was about right. I understand that the actual miles you get will depend on many factors but I just expected potential range to be 30+
Is your expectation based on a “wish” or data you have seen being reported elsewhere?
I don’t have any experience of your car but I have never been in any car, be it petrol diesel or EV, that gets anywhere near the published figures...and that includes some proper “driving like Miss Daisy” attempts
Agreed, I don’t expect reality to match published but that really is for actual.
Many dealers seem to be advertising as battery will give 30 mile range so I’m wondering why mine only indicates 22 miles irrespective of what it actually does.
If the official figure is 30, then 20ish in real life seems about right. It has twice the capacity of my C350e and more EV power, and I get 12-14 typically....so yes, that’s about right.
Forgot to say, this time of year with low ambient temps, heating & A/C lights etc, I'm usually happy to get 8 miles from a charge on my C350e. This would be from 100% to about 20% charge level.
They'd be a great car if only they didn't have that appalling M274 ICE and did have a decent size battery!
