Unfortunately not - might be able to by ringing the auction room; when I've asked in the past they've been pretty vague.

Low mileage but no log book, RAC shows only 2 owners...

It's not unusual for there to be no log book - sometimes cars are finance reposessions for instance. Problematic for private buyers obviously as you can't tax it for a couple of weeks. The fact that the mileage isn't warranted may mean that it is a private sale rather than fleet disposal - I've not checked to see which catalogue it is in.
