Can’t work out where to switch interior button lights on

Thanks for letting me join this forum. I’ve bought a convertible 3.5 e350 cgi v6 blue efficiency se cabriolet g-tronic euro 5 2dr (2010/60) a couple of days ago. Love it but the control buttons on the dash don’t light up at night. Any suggestions?

The light is very dim. Do they not light all?

Also, turn the mileage reset knob to max position - this will adjust the instrument cluster light and might also affect the COMAND buttons.
