- W169 Classic SE A150 Berggris Metallic, Parktronic, electric folding mirrors and comfort seat pack.
My EVAP purge solenoid is quite noisy, the classic tick tick tick they do. No trouble codes and no obviously split piping and clamps are tight around it.
Is there anything you can do to recondition them rather than just buying a new one? They are not expensive but don't want to waste money if there are any tips or tricks for refreshing it.
I know it's fairly normal, but on most MBs its down by the headlights I believe, but on the W169 it's up near the intake manifold and bridge element bellows. So obviously I'm sitting a lot closer to it than most other Mercedes drivers. My previous W169s evap purge was much quieter so I know that mine is worse than it should be
Advice very much appreciated
