The centre console by the armrest on my w204 has been scratched and I’m wondering if their is anything I can use to clean it up?

Depending how badly scratched it may be possible to polish it up with something like Meguiars Ultimate compound. If it's a deep scratch then probably not a lot you can do other than replace the part.
