Centre dash buttons not working

The buttons for both passenger/ driver heated seats, hazard warning lights and the auto eco drive aren't working on my 2018 CLA220. I have checked the fuses, but all OK. Any other suggestions? Thanks

Are the buttons all on the same panel?

If so the fault likely lies there.
