Check Front Left Parking Lamp"

HI getting warning message on the dash, "Check Front Left Parking Lamp". the bulbs is fine and works okay when I use it as fog so the bulb seem to be working fine just the Left Parking Lamp when I put that on no joy I put a new bulb just to make sure but still the same , any one got any idea ??

Change it anyway, with a branded bulb (Osram/Philips/Hela etc), on the off chance that there's something wrong with the bulb (e.g. the resistance is too low or too high etc). Failing that, you may have an issue with the front SAM or other CANBUS issue.

Hi all.
Sorry to but in on your thread.
I have a similar issue but with a tail light. Again, nothing wrong with it. I'm going to try changing it too. Good luck.

Tried 3 bulbs, all work but the warning message is still on.
I'll be interested to see how you fix yours.

I have experienced similar failure/warning indications. The only solution
has been to replace *both* left and right bulbs with new taken from the same shelf from my spare parts supplier (and to use a known brand).

I spent ages trying to solve a similar problem on one of my Jags, turned out a cheapo Chinese bulb was to blame. New Lucas bulb and job done.
