My 2005 E class has been giving me problems of late. Can anyone help with advice please???

It was losing power (going into limp mode) if I put it under pressure - like going up a steep hill etc..
was advised that turbo needed replaced so paid £450 to get it reconditioned and flushed the engine and done service as advised by technician.
It was running better for about a week. Then it started chugging but only does this when the fuel heats up and again if on a slight hill or incline??
Was then advised that EGR Valve was sticking and replaced it with a new one at a further cost of £280. But still problems incurred.
Technician now advised that it's an injector problem and proceeds to do a "spill test" and subsequent diagnosis test on the injectors but there seems to be no sign of any problems as the levels are within the +/- 5mm allowance!?
Now the technician is saying it's a bad bout of "dirty fuel" and I ran the tank almost empty until the fuel light came on. Filled it up with BP diesel and a bottle of Dipatane. Still it is chugging....
PLEASE HELP!!!

1st of all, you need a new 'technician' as he seems to be guessing at your expense!

Does he have a STAR machine? Do you know what error codes were being thrown up? I'm guessing there was a pressure fault code so he decided to start replacing parts. That's the 3rd turbo replacement I've read about on an MB in a week!

Read this sticky, it's a good place to start
