cl55Kamg 560BHP on Pistonheads

Can a 507bhp supercharged CL55 be remapped to 560bhp? I thought the pulley needed to be changed. Could be wrong though.

Does anyone remember how Peter's CL55AMG was changed after the remap day last year?

One or to porkies in the add and a lot of BS!!. My remap took me up to 525-530 bhp and 185 mph i think that's what they said.

thats a lot of car for 15k you could probably get it down to 14 13k cash, id have to see power printouts, 560BHP and 200mph for under 15k is pretty amazing... i cant see why people would buy anything else...this is a real car,

I think 560 + 200 mph you can take with a pinch of salt + £110,000 is a load of rubbish.

as others - the seller is full of cr4p. Has little idea of accurate facts, clearly believes anything he is told but then adds some more just for maximum effect.

On that basis, I'm out !!

£100K car = £100K car running costs. There's a reason they're so cheap and it ain't becuase they're awesome!

Mine is quite awesome, only because it is very well looked after. Mine when new was £106,000,it is fully loaded, Distronic etc. :) :thumb:

Remember Matt had to have nearly 700 bhp out of his CL65 and about a two mile run up in Germany to crack 200mph .... ;)

There's another CL on Autotrader for £15k ish with 60 something k on it, I would sooner buy a clean standard one that one with over 100k miles that has been messed around with and not with a seller that knows exactly what has been done.
I would question wether you would really need the extra power as it is hard enough to get 500 ish BHP to the road, I understand why people get the limiters removed but I don't know if I would bother myself, plus isn't it very expensive to do?.
