If I’m honest yes it’s gutless compared to a 55k lol, but when he rpm gets up there it moves along fine. It’s a cruiser upto 38mpg on a run and 23 around town.
It’s a lovely drive with soft suspension.
but if I have one complaint that would be a the 7 speed box , smooth yes but it always seems tobe reving to high , I find myself always knocking it up a gear.
I’ve done around 4K in her now and tbh she’s been well behaved.
I am glad I didn’t get the 3.2.

I imagined it being lovely and soft on the ride front. Kind of similar to a w/s 211. Our e320 cdi s211 rides so nice still even going on 16 years plus. That's really good mpg return for such a lovely big V8. Something about the 500 engine that I would like to experience with a Mercedes.

Cracking looking car, fair play to have it looking in such great condition. Sounds like it's real fun to be driving about in also.

Most engines are gutless compared to a 55k lol . Not the 6.2 though I would like to add . I have to drop a gog or two

You've driven it 4k ? I do that going to the shops. Take it for a run - Cannes is quiet at the moment, but Barcelona might be warmer.

Now, seriously, when are you going to put original, no nonsense wheels back on it ?

Lol I love the Brabus monoblocks she handles so much better not that it’s ever going tobe a sports car but it’s a lot more sure footed.
When when I sell it (if I sell it) it’s a do all car and fits my life quite well atm.
