54,817 miles currently, it may go up a little.
We purchased the CLK55 in January 2021. The plan was, it replaced my wife’s SLK350 and my C43/55 AMG. So we had a 4 seater convertible and V8, that post lock down we would be out and about more. Bets laid plans and all that…it just has not had the usage it deserves.
This time last year I looked at the miles we had covered and nearly put it up for sale, but decided to give it another 12 months and try to use it more. 300 miles later and here I am procrastinating again.
In the last 12 months the market seems to have softened and I was going to wait another 12 months of it sat in a dehumidified garage with its dust cover on and c-tek charger keeping ready to go. But there’s a bum for every seat, and there may be someone out there who is looking for a really nice, low mileage CLK55 regardless of market movements. If it doesn’t sell, well, I will try to do more than 300 miles this year.
Being a 2006 model year, it gets the final update of interior trim, different grille, taillights, but the most obvious is the 6 piston front calipers and 2 piece vented discs, while at the rear 4 piston calipers with regular vented discs. Front discs and pads had been replaced before we purchased it, the rear discs and pads were changed in 2022.
Usual CLK55 high specification; Xenons, Parktronic, Comand with Navigation, Cruise Control, Memory front seats with lumber adjust and heat, genuine wind deflector.
Recent battery and is always kept on a C-Tek trickle charger when garaged.
Comes with 2 working keys.
Service history is complete, initially MB, then independent/specialists.
Michelin Pilot Sport tyres all round.
