CLK55 AMG For £10k

Cheap enough ....

Warp mileage though .... still shouldn't be an issue ....

I'm gonna print that out and show it to dad , he is getting his C55 later this year , and i wanna sting him for the CLK 430 ;)

If I wasn't getting married next year that CLK would feature highly on my shopping list. 145,000 miles is fine as long as its been serviced properly.

I tend to think a year or two, maybe three down the line when with even moderate average mileage at any where even near approaching 200K it will be almost unsaleable I imagine.

Yes, but you're getting awesome performance in a modern good looking car for comparatively little money.

Exactly. The value now with 175-200K miles on I don't know. But this is what I recommend a potential purchaser to find out.

W208 prices are not far behind w202 prices which absolutley plummeted some time ago. w208 AMGs are keeping their head above water a little bit better than w202 AMGs I think which I have also noticed fall heavilly but the dip cannot be long coming.

When that dip arrives a car like the one above could be almost impossible to sell other than trade or auction peanuts.

If it has full MB history it might give 2 years trouble free motoring other than oil changes (a bit optinistic but it could) but I see HEAVY depreciatiation, pretty much unless keeping for less than 6 months say goodbye to all of your £10K.

Not as bad as it could be (new car) as depreciation goes and you could argue that £10K is all you have to loose and it could be £10K lost over 2-3 maybe more years.

Just making the point. People are quick to jump on the it's just run in and it's an MB 150K miles is nothing wagon but for me there is always more to it.

Take a look in the classifieds, £12500 buys you one with 95k.
