Clk55 stereo swap

Hey, iv got a c209 55amg with cd changer and bose amp ect, iv ordered all the bits for the centre dash facelift, now im stuck as to what i need/want headunit wise. Basically i want to keep the factory amp and speakers, is there a factory headunit that has satnav, bluetooth, aux in, that will plug straight in or shall i just go for something aftermarket? If after market what leads should i be looking for to retain my amp ect. Cheers in advance for any assistance!

Welcome and you have my current dream car!
My clk has had the 2005 facelift and has a pioneer app radio head unit, coupled with the system and subwoofer in the back.
It has everything you described and the colour can be adjusted such that it is the same as the interior lighting in the car making it look more 'factory'

I'll go out and fire it up so you can see what it looks like....
It has 2 USB ports that are fitted into the glove box
I hasten to add, I bought it like this. Abs had it fitted by Command UK then he did a silly thing - and sold the lovely clk to me!!

Looks smart, anyone know if i can replace my comand 2.0 unit with an ntg2 unit? And what cables i would need to buy?

the pioneer looks super smart and sophisticated suits the CLK image well!

I hardwired the speakers from bose to a facelift factory stereo once... it was easy after I did the hard work finding the wires

The facelift panels make a nice smart change

I would go aftermarket personally ... unless you have the money for top notch OEM and its up to date..

What you gonna do with the Bose setup? Will I be seeing it on the market at some point?

The sub,amp (including bracket and other stereo thing!), car phone and wiring, headunit are all out. I havent bothered removing all the bose fibre and wiring just moved it all and strapped it up hidden out the way.
