Comand missing icon

Hi Everyone,
First post. I've just bought a 2013 E Class Estate and I can't get the digital owners manual to work. I get the message Disc Unreadable. Doing a search on here, I noticed a photo of a Comand screen from a 2012 car and it looks like mine but I don't have the globe/world icon next to the system icon. when I read the paper manual, it says I need to use this icon with the disc. Should I have this icon. I've posted a copy of the photo below, hope this is ok. Love the car!! Thanks in advance.

OK. So, first post = first mistake. After reading a few more posts, it would appear that I have Audio 20 with Becker Map Pilot. Not the best introduction but then I can only get better.. Thanks everyone.
