Convert gpi to gpx

I'm trying to convert some Garmin satnav poi files to gpx , anyone know of a conversion software program. ?

Funny that's the one I've tried . It's keep saying error on a waypoint and crashes off . Thanks anyways .

OK, I've never tried this but there are a host of online converters here including GPI to GPX:
