Customising W213 Speed display

This may be an odd question… is there a way to customise the digital speed display? It strikes me that’s whilst it’s nice to have all the information under the sun available on multiple separate screens, it would be useful to have at least one screen that has speed in mph & kph, fuel economy, mileage and trip distance, all on one screen. Might sound a bit busy but I’m think it could work!

You could have the round speedometer on the left, you could choose the trip meter in the middle, and on the right side where the rev counter dial is change the option to fuel economy, job done, i think

Thanks! Sorry I should have been clearer, my drivers display is the lower spec, with the two mecanical gauges and the smaller middle digital display. Would have loved the full digital display but just could not find one at the time.
