Scott-F is your man on here, he has a picture gallery of oldies.

Thanks for that will follow up.We have trouble welding as it is too full of minute pores and dirty in them

Is it aluminium, I may be able to get that done for you no issues with porosity, or you can try yourself with a Miller [developed for titanium] machine they did for Nasa a few years back. You will need someone who has experience with it though.

Miller in Auckland will help you, just tell them you want to weld Aluminium and ask for their best machine that they have ever sold in NZL to do that with. Then ask for a demo. I've personally seen their machines in NZL weld an aluminium inlet manifold off a diesel tractor that had been in a paddock for the best part of 50 years, with NO prep. Straight on dirty Al. No porosity. They have the tech, you just need to get to the people who know.

Are you referring to the Aerowave that was designed for Boeing in the 80’s? They no longer make it. The price point would have been another issue as they cost a small fortune.

No.

I should point out that the owner of that site appears to have now retired and sold/transferred his stock to someone in Germany. No doubt he could still furnish you with contact details-from that page he appears to have two cylinder heads one with a camshaft assembly and one without? How current the information is I don't know??
