Delete all Contacts

Hi, thinking of selling my 300d 2019.
How do I delete my contacts from Command?
Will removing my phone do it?

Not sure on your version of COMAND, but somewhere in the System menu there's an option to do a factory reset on earlier versions that I’ve owned. This will delete all phone connections, contacts, navigation history, etc. Suggest you search through the menus or the manual to find it.

The contacts are pulled from your phone when it connects so if you de-auth your phone it should also remove the contacts, I don't believe they are actually stored in COMAND. You can check this by going back into the phone menu and selecting phonebook after you have removed your phone. If you do sell the car also remember to delete your navigation history and remove the car from your Mercedes Me App if you have it connected. I've just had to go through all of this with my Dad as his old C Class has gone back and is getting a new one.

Thanks to all.
I did a factory reset and that worked, it also deleted all of my radio stuff, but I did this on the forecourt as I sold the car, so it doesn't matter.
