Offspring is currently working for a small, profitable company where there is one in place. She has been offered another job at a much, much bigger co. & in her discussions with her current boss the company's EOT has been brought up as a reason to stay by her boss, the CEO & for all intents & purposes the owner, who wants her to stay.
