Drivers side head rest

Hi all I am having trouble withe my drivers side head rest I have reset it but it still saying an open Circuit can anyone have any ideas where the problem could be please

Thanks yes I have a Eclass 220 SE w212 2013 face lift model .I have plugged it in to my computer i have for Mercedes and it saying there’s an open Circus on one of the headrests .
The problem only occurred when The driver-side headrest had popped so I reset it now it’s saying it has an open circuit does this mean I need a new headrest or can it be fixed thank you forgetting back to me
